EVENT BRANDING

Access the power of event branding by utilizing our design and custom printing capabilities through creative perspective and strategic planning.

Our exclusive products are designed to be branded with event branding in mind. We can translate your ideas through design and custom printing then apply those designs to your favorite acrylic products or apply custom graphics to on-site surfaces such as floors, walls, and windows.

With the ability to customize our products, you have the power to create an overall event experience with a theme that can be manipulated from point A to point Z of your event.

Add a corporate logo to the front of a bar, invitation patterns to the tops of tables, welcome messaging on a room divider, engagement photos to a 10-foot tall LED tower, or wedding monogram to a dance floor. Our in-house design and production team can use existing artwork you may have or work with you to create a custom design. Bring your vision to life with our event branding solutions and watch the magic happen.

01 LAVISH FLORALS

We do it for the DRAMA. Oversized florals with warm jewels tones set the scene for this wonder-filled wedding. As with any branding goal, replication and strategic design is what brought the event full circle. Starting with a simple floral graphic, our design team worked with the bride to take that element and mirror it throughout every detail of the event. Starting from the escort list on a standing divider, to the tabletops at dinner, to the custom bar – no space was left un-branded. The bride event took it a step further and used the floral graphics on her programs, menus, signs, and cake! Oh, and did we mention the cascading dance room graphic? This custom install started on the back wall, flowed down to the DJ surround, stage, and dance floor. That’s what we call experiential branding.

02 ROCKIN' RAINBOW

We followed the rainbow to this goldmine of a party when our client wanted a complete room transformation. Color was key, consistency was the objective, and together we created a rainbow explosion. Starting at the ceiling with a textured backdrop, that streamed into a full vinyl stage wrap, that then bled into the custom carpeting, created a continuous rainbow effect from top to bottom. Product branding was the second layer to success with printed barstools, tabletops, and focal bars to set off the character in the room. Who knew rainbows could be so chic!

03 CORPORATE GATHERING

Event branding comes down to brand recognition in the case of corporate. That’s why our client wanted the brand EVERYWHERE for this internal corporate gathering. By replicating the logo and brand elements, the guests were constantly reminded of where they were, why they were there, and ultimately, who they were as a collective corporation. Ten-foot-tall Rialto towers were utilized for logo placement and wayfinding, a branded Opera Chandelier created a focal point in the room, while tabletops and bars shined with the event brand and the company brand combination for a unified and consistent theme. By applying branding to the event, we created an ambiance that empowered the brand strategy from start to finish.
